“Stayed here in mid-May and paid just $70 a night — easily the best value in the Sioux Falls area. Other hotels nearby are charging $100–$190 for the same or worse. This place was renovated about a year ago and it shows: clean rooms, fresh feel, and a genuinely comfortable bed. Staff was warm and it has that family-owned energy — you can tell someone actually cares about the place and is putting in the work. We were on the first floor, right near the hallway where breakfast is served, so mornings got a little noisy with guests coming and going. Probably not an issue on upper floors. Speaking of breakfast — we slept right through it because the bed was that comfortable. The TV wasn’t working in our room, and there was only one trash bag for the whole room with nothing in the bathroom, which felt a bit light. But honestly? For $70, none of that is a dealbreaker. This hotel punches above its price. If I’m passing through Sioux Falls again, I’m coming back here — no question.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​”

“This was a great experience from start to finish. When I arrived, the room was clean and well appointed. No peeling paint or stains. Everything worked as it should. The tv had plenty of channels to choose from. The shower water pressure was excellent. The water temperature was hot almost immediately. Upon returning to my room the second day, I found the garbage had been taken, the bed was made and the bathroom towels had been replaced. It was a pleasant surprise after spending just one night here. This trend continued throughout my stay. Valuables were untouched by housekeeping although I left them in plain sight while I was away. The hotel was fairly busy, but by 9pm all guests were quiet and respectful. This budget hotel was a great selection for me and I highly recommend it to you.”

“Second time here in 2 weeks. I especially love the firm mattress great on my lower back. Nice remodeling job. Everthing new. No foul odors. Hot water, good heat (18° oustside). Accommodating staff. Fresh breakfast especially biscuits. Highly recommend.”
